Susan had an inept and incompetent paralegal working on my social security case and as I went through the final stages of my very last appeals before giving up I was told that she had discovered that her employee didn’t prepare for my hearing or do anything but talk on the phone to her grandchildren and this is VIP to me- my life -my income of ten years being on disability and my condition is chronic and hasn’t improved. Now I’m without a fixed income for the last two years.. thanks to her neglect and lack of concern about what I paid to receive to add insult to injury she never apologized nor refunded my money and I’m going to report her to the bar and the BBB. Too bad my first lawyer Frank smith passed away unexpectedly in the middle of my review case so I had to obtain Susan’s services…

Do not use this firm for child custody cases. Susan Shook royally mishandled my friend’s situation. I’m not trying to stir up trouble, but what happened was absolutely outrageous. Susan seemed to side with the opposing party and showed little concern for my friend or her children’s well-being. Run!
