Mr. Malone gave the worst advice! He refused to pursue the case I hired him for for 9 months straight. Then he dropped it. He failed to follow basic procedures to answer a contempt about fraudulent medical bills. He refused to work together with the appeal lawyer. Then, the opposition saw he was such a wet paper bag they tried it again the next year! $10,000 and the best he had was: we'll go in to lose so we can ask for an appeal. Again? It's been almost 2 years since I've seen or heard from my son. I'm NO criminal, just the loser in family court.
