I retained Attorney Harvey Sackett to represent me in navigating the SSDI process. Mr. Sackett represented me today in my Court Hearing and he did an absolutely amazing job! The Administrative Law Judge that was assigned to my case was changed prior to the hearing without notification. My experience with Harvey was excellent. Due to the fact that this firm specializes in Social Security / Disability cases. There are some negative reviews on here, but they need to be taken with a grain of salt. Most people don’t understand how long or how much work it takes before you can actually get a hearing. It is very important to listen and read all of the paperwork regarding your case so you can understand what is really going with your case. If you don’t have a disability or have anything that the government would classify as a disability then you may be disappointed in the outcome. There are lots of factors that need to be considered, when attempting to get Social Security or Disability Benefits. You need to have Patience for sure. But you also need a good lawyer.
