I am very pleased with how everything went for my family's case under the care of Mr. Chua. We worked with him for several months, and he and his team were always very responsive and helpful, giving us clear instructions and answering all of our questions. Mr. Chua did a mock interview with us ahead of our real interview, which was very helpful in preparing us and calming our nerves. Our case was approved very quickly. I’ve been reluctant on doing this review but thought that I would do it anyways. I paid $80 to this firm for a Consulatation for me and my girlfriend, as we were looking for assistance obtaining a travel visa. The day that the consulation was conducted. The attorney ask what questions do we have, rather than providing us questions and insite information. His full divided attention was not given to us as well, when we were asking questions. Really felt like $80 for a consultation was wasted. Could have went on on of the facegroups for free information. Sorry, would not recommend.
