Ghosted after requesting services. Known for 20 years but in my later years, after requesting services for will and estate we met two times and then ghosted. Ryan even told me that he could not meet because of a sewage issue around his office. Do not recommend.
I understand things come up and in the past heard nothing but good things about this office, but we had an appointment time set up a week in advance and showed up at the office even a few minutes early to arrive to have it locked up. So I called and left a message waiting 30 min past my appointment time. To later receive a phone call stating that our appointment was "overlooked". Im sorry but that is not an acceptable explanation.
Always gives excellent advice.
