To the Office of Molly Nail, I’m writing to express our deep disappointment regarding our experience with your office throughout the probate process for my wife’s late father and her stepmother. My wife, her brother (on behalf of their father), and her two stepsisters (on behalf of their mother) all hired your firm to handle what was a very emotional and difficult process. From our first meeting in November 2024, we were hopeful. Molly came highly recommended by a trusted attorney friend and made a strong first impression—prepared, knowledgeable, and attentive during the initial meeting. Unfortunately, that level of service did not carry forward. Communication from your office was minimal at best. We often felt completely in the dark and only received updates after we initiated contact.

After speaking with Attorney Corey M. Henry about a property I received following my mother’s passing, I initially felt encouraged. He seemed genuinely concerned and ready to help with the issue I was facing. We spoke several times, and he told me he would call back after looking into some things. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call. I tried reaching out for about two weeks straight.
