From the moment we first contacted someone in the office, (The front desk receptionist is wonderful ) we were treated with extreme professionalism. We met with Attorney Catherine Baccaro. We felt completely understood and at ease discussing the importance of our wishes to make our wills and trust. We had a few meetings and I have to say that we highly recommend RWC for all our needs. Wasted my time and wasn’t transparent. .One minute we were ready to set up an appointment was told everything was looking good and had someone to represent me. Next thing I know it case was terminated. I knew it was too good to be true. I even had to ask if they were still interested. Seems like I had a beg and reach out to them vs Getting feedback on a timely manner. Highly disappointed.
