Thanks Atkinson Law & Mediation for such a smooth and seamless experience while closing on my first home purchase! I was kind of in a panic mode on the way, since I was late and just witnessed my toilet leaking😂. I had a few qualms that kept eating away at me here and there regarding my condo, me wanting a bigger space, a basement, a bigger kitchen, and having a huge glass door in my bedroom that opened to woods… and then the toilet. Kate and her team were amazing for us during the entire closing process! Very organized and communicative. Felt very trustworthy. Additionally during the closing, Kate’s bubbly personality made an otherwise mundane task of signing paperwork, very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
