Rutherford Law Office

Chase was our lawyer for a custody case. Did a great job and got us the outcome we were looking for. He was easy to get ahold of and always returned calls.

So first off I wanted to say that with my CPS court date I was going to give him five stars but now my ex-boyfriend's mother is taking me to court for our daughter and the court is saying he's my attorney but he said he was no longer my attorney then the court said he wasn't and now the court is saying he is my attorney I have reached out via email and phone call and he is ignoring all my calls and emails. All I want is answers cause I'm confused and the court won't tell me anything and said to reach out to him. So I'm giving 1 star.

I was told that they would take on my case, I drove all the way to Chillicothe to drop off a check for $2500.00 @ 2:30 & by 4:00 I received a phone call telling me that he would not take my case due to personal reasons which he would not elaborate further about the reason. I took him to be a man of his word when he said he would take on my case, Howe all he wanted was money & in the end he wouldn’t even take that. I would NOT recommend this so called law office to anyone.

By far the nicest people you can meet! Sheri and her team helped me settle my dad’s estate. I corresponded the most with Sheri and Jami and they are both caring and wonderful people. I had no idea what I was doing when this all began but Rutherford Law Office went above and beyond making the entire process easy and stress free as I was grieving for my Dad. Highly recommended, 5 stars across the board!

rude, useless, uneducated, even if you have evidence to HELP HIM WIN HIS OWN CASE, hr dont want it, gives up and just sists there wont ask questions,wont keep in touch, wont return phone calls or emails if you get him as a Lawyer YOU ALREADY LOST. FIRE HIM Immediately
