The wife was absolutely unprofessional and rude especially Infront of kids, would ask a question then immediately scream I'm going to hang up on you if you don't answer me before you could even speak a word! Never introduced herself just acted like she was important or I was supposed to know her like "I'm the wife" I've never had to deal with a lawyer before but I'm pretty sure you're job isn't to be absolutely unprofessional and foul to people with money, I wouldn't recommend to anyone it was embarrassing, and I'm embarrassed they were even recommended to me!! thank god I found a much better lawyers office and lawyer who speaks and acts professional and understood what I needed immediately!! I would never recommend these people to anyone 💯

The ABSOLUTE worst secretary! VERY RUDE the entire time I’m trying to schedule an appointment with Jim to see if he believes he could help our family out! I heard great things about Jim but I’m really not sure how he has any clients to represent when his wife is the secretary. While speaking with her she interrupted me SEVERAL times while I was trying to answer the questions SHE ASKED ME, belittling me because I didn’t know the correct terms for the specific questions she’s asking (I should be answering these questions with Jim, not the front desk employee), extremely disrespectful. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND & after reading the several reviews, I’m not the only one that feels this way.

How rude of a secretary! My fiancé and I called to make an appointment with the attorney and the secretary I spoke to told him I needed to get my self together. First off I’ve never been in trouble with the law so I do not have a very good understanding of the law lingo. Was not called for to make a comment about me implying I’m dumb. The rudeness was not needed at all. Can’t speak on for the attorney have good great things about him but he needs a new secretary or her to be more understanding.

Secretary is his wife and is very rude. She will ask you to explain what you were needing help with then when you do then she don’t want to listen then she wants to be rude and interrupt the whole time. I believe that They also do cases with conflict of interest, given some circumstances of cases that I have been a client at this practice, then turn around and I have been a victim of a client they had with their practice as well.

Jim just doesn't seem the same anymore. I've used him in the past and he was great, but not this time. He seemed lost in court and didn't even file the motions he said he would. I think he is just too old anymore and doesn't care. If you call his office his wife/secretary gets angry and yells at you if you don't understand something. I used him for the second but last time for sure. He was great but his best days are way past him. Update. His office once again didn't file paperwork to the courts. Better off with a public defender plus it'll save you 2 thousand dollars. He has literally become worthless. He used to be good. But he is the worst in town now. Even the judge told him in court he hadn't done what he was supposed to do.
