This was a bad experience from start to finish. She billed us for a consultation without telling us or giving us a rate first. She promised to get us through the refiling our case with an excessive $20k retainer, but came nowhere close. She went missing for 2 months at a time, and apparently billed US to refresh her memory each time. She billed us for several overwritten multiple paragraph email responses to very basic questions. We didn't even received a billing statement until 6 months later. And the bill was OVER the amount of the retainer. $20,000 spent and ZERO to show for it. By far the worst lawyer I’ve ever had! Michelle is very unprofessional and her communication skills are horrible! I was a victim of a terrible accident which caused me to miss my college graduation. I suffered severe neck and back injuries which left me unemployed for nearly a year. I have made several attempts to contact Michelle for months emailing and calling and didn’t get a response here until nearly 4 months after the accident occurred. It has now been over a year since the accident occurred and she has withdrawn from my case which makes it nearly impossible to get the justice I deserve ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Although Michelle could not take my case directly, she was responsive and kind, and helped me with direction and resources on my case against ‘big storage’. Recommend giving her a call.
