Worst experience ever. Despite arriving promptly at the agreed time, I was left waiting outside for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. I rang the bell three times, knocked twice, and even called the phone, only to hear it ring and then be deliberately hung up. When he finally addressed me, he falsely claimed I had arrived 30 minutes early, which was untrue, and his tone throughout the interaction was rude and unprofessional. This behavior was unacceptable and demonstrated a clear disregard for basic customer service standards. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Set up and paid for an appointment. Arrive there and he tells me to leave because he is going on a trip and will not give me a refund. Had to call secretary and complain to receive my money back. Disgraceful.

I called and I didn't even get a chance to say anything all he said is you have to set up an appointment and hang up the phone on my face. As a lawyer serving people you supposed to listen and directly people to do what is right. Hanging up the phone on someone's face is rude and unprofessional.
