I have some questions , i was rear ended on december 1st 2025. There was no one on the scene of accident for 10 minutes. Me an my 3 children in the car a the person who hit me alone in his car. As soon as i was struck my daughter called the police and we stood on phone with dispatch. The guy behind me was on phone but not with police , he called 2 people to the scene of the accident. when they showed up the 2 guys walked up to the guy who struck us and greeted one another with fives an handshakes. After police showed up and ambulance took us to garnet health in middletown ny , they took th guys statement.
