They have been the Law Firm that Jeep used in our Lemon Law case that we won. After they contacted us to settle our claim against Jeep, we have ended up dealing with 3 people from Rose/Waldorf and 5 more people from Stericycle, which is the company they pawned us off to get car paid off and money sent back to us. No one has any answers to questions or they contradict one another and has been a very frustrating experience. All we did was buy a car, yet we have experienced nothing but grief with Stericycle and no one from Rose/Waldorf seems to care, they don't respond to emails sent asking for assistance in dealing with Stericycle to complete this process. If you can avoid them, I would.

do not EVER go through this law office! I truly cannot say enough terrible things about them. They have messed up our lemon law lawsuit not once, not twice, not three times but COUNTLESS times. I have done more work than they have calling their office, calling our car company, calling the third party, what a MESS. Over 4 months later I am STILL out money, and they are refusing to pay me the extra $500 fine BY LAW for their mistakes. PATHETIC. DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS FIRM!! Tell everyone you know to look elsewhere!!!! And I hope you are okay with a 3-4 week response time IF you get one...they should be shut down they are so bad.
