Was not a fan. 1/2 hr consult for $50. he was a bar assoc. referral first 4 minutes were for payment and he used some of our time to talk about politics in SC, red flag. I really dont think he cared one bit about our case. He is for dishonest abusive landlords, not tenants and it is obvious immediately. Got what we paid for $50. is about what he was worth.

After a severe storm, our roof was damaged and our solar panel company would not remove the panels, so we could have our roof worked on, leading to more damage. Attorney Rolf Baghdady worked with me on a strategy to force them to do their job. He was informative, provided a solution that worked, and our roof is now finished, because solar company called me back IMMEDIATELY to schedule a time they could remove the panels. We were just visiting the area and discovering new places. Unfortunately, it was way too cold to get out and really do anything, but it was still a beautiful place.
