To say that the process was "seamless" would be an understatement. HMP is the BEST law firm in South Carolina. Every member of the staff is well versed in the home buying and closing process. Every time I called the office with a question, whoever answered the phone provided me with accurate information in a timely manner. I always received a response and a resolution by the close of business. The phone is always answered by a knowledgeable, friendly and professional member of the HMP team. I was able to get in quickly with this firm for estate planning, and they were friendly and responsive during the initial process. However, after we picked up and paid for our documents, we realized they were not complete for our situation. A paralegal at the firm confirmed that what we received was not what we had intended to have done. We have tried to contact two of the attorneys by email multiple times and have also called the office, but we have received no response. We even confirmed that the attorney we worked with is still with the firm. Be careful when using this firm. You may not get the documents you need, and you may find it impossible to get any follow-up communication to resolve the issue.
