Ridenour & Goss, PA

From my very first phone call with Ridenour & Goss, PA, I could tell that it was a professional firm with understanding people. I had called other places already, without finding a good fit for us. That call was my first positive one, and once I was referred to Jordan, I really felt like things were looking up for us. That certainly turned out to be the case, and eventually, everything worked out well. You can put your trust in Jordan and this firm.

The office is great. I was able to schedule appointment with Tori to prepare a Will for my Mother. Tori is caring and made sure we understood the legal language. Highly recommended this office.

I was supposed to have a consultation with the attorney and the paralegal was there instead , but the paralegal " was doing me a favor" by not charging us the consultation fee . I wanted attorney to help with a deed and look at to other documents but instead she did over $1,100 worth of documents when I said I didn't want that done she told me she already did the work . What ? Then told me to go somewhere else for the deed then " another attorney might do it cheaper. I didn't just say it once but repeatedly

Over 2 months ago, I called 3 separate times, trying to set up an appointment with Mr Goss. The receptionist answered twice and assured me that he would return my call either Tha same afternoon or the following day. (My husband and I had retained him prior to this, so it was not like I was a new client). I have NEVER received a response. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. Beware!

Mr. Ridenour attempted to charge me over four and a half times the correct amount from a civil case hearing. The court ruled against him and allowed only the previously agreed upon amount. I filed a complaint with the NC State Bar on Mr. Ridenour, and he was reprimanded. He then later filed two additional cases against me, both of which were dismissed. Ridenour's client Gene C. Couch Jr. lost his job. The problems began with a matter involving a NC community college where the Bible was listed (correctly I felt), as one of several references in a course I instructed containing a section on Spiritual Health. The cases were State of North Carolina, County of Jackson, Dr. Gene C. Couch Jr. vs David E. Bradley.
