Thanks so much to Coward Hicks & Siler for making closing a smooth process on these two properties in Hi-Mountain! Y'all were wonderful to work with from the very beginning through the closing table. Also super knowledgeable about the area and have deep roots (this was the attorney that originally helped these owners when they bought the property :) Would highly recommend!

We used Coward, Hicks and Silver for our lawyer to close our property. They were fast, thorough. Good people work with, treats you like they knew you all your life. I would and will use them again.

I had a phone conversation with someone in this office, requesting a title search on a parcel in Sylva. I was told it would cost 600$ and that they would start the search and report back to me when finished. Its now been months and I haven't heard back. I will never go to this company for anything again, their communication abilities are incredibly unprofessional

Christy Bell, the paralegal and Jay ( attorney) was very professional and detailed in handing a deal for us. It was rather a complicated deal. But they handled it with sincerity, professionally without any doubts and delivered it timely. Christy’s communication is excellent and she will make sure that everything is done right. My clients are very happy working with them. I will recommend them to my clients in future

Don't use these people. They have a bad rep for holding up closings and I personally had a terrible experience with Emily Montoya. They kept All my money and made things worse. Didn't return calls for months. Wish I'd never used them. Very sloppy and little attention to detail.
