Richard is a true professional. He was able to help guide me through a major negetiation. He walked me through every step and made sure that I got the outcome that I was looking for.

Horrible! He owes our family money and he's not even willing to discuss. We hired him to assist with a real estate closing, we agreed on a price and the deal fell through, he has not refunded any money. Sad he took advantage of our family.
