After the passing of my mother and then having to take on the day to day business of my father, this event had shown me how very important it is to have a POA and a Living Will. Taking care of my father would have been hard if not nearly impossible without a POA. I thank my parents for showing me the importance of looking ahead. This made my life, but more importantly, it made my fathers life easier because I can make the important decisions for him. Bauer and Associates played a key role in making a detailed POA and Living Will so my children will have a much easier time when this happens to me or my wife.
