If you want to have a restate sale done correct . Do not contact Richard Forbes. My experience was horrible and will never work with him again. He added an additional month to the process because of his negligence. His paralegal lied several times just to keep me quiet during the time I was in "limbo" while he was trying to correct his "simple" mistakes. I couldn't believe someone who was a "professional" would treat someone who is paying almost a thousand dollars for their service this way. Please stay clear of this guy.
