I usually don’t leave reviews but i have to give Mr. Mullen his flowers. He handled my husband’s case with ease. Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with him handling the case, even with me not living IN the state. A simple google search I found this law firm, not knowing anything or anyone from this area. I thank God i did, Mr. Mullen helped my husband receive the best possible outcome. He gave my husband peace of mind in the courtroom before he even uttered a word, and i didn’t even feel the need to come all the way up there because i felt confident Mr. Mullen had everything handled. Might i also mention his services were VERY affordable, even coming to him last minute. I appreciate you guys whole heartedly, even Ms. Colleen. She never made me feel like i was calling too

From 2023-2025, I hired Richard Wilks for a custody case, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $3,500 up front, plus an extra $500 for “gas,” even though he only traveled to Tifton three times. Every time a court date was scheduled and then rescheduled, I found out from the court, NOT from him. His office never communicates unless you chase them down, and the front desk staff are rude and dismissive. Once he gets your money, you’re basically on your own. The only helpful person in that office was Colleen. She was the only one who ever made me feel heard. But the attorney himself did not fight for me. He constantly advised me against everything I believed in for my own case. Almost all of the evidence I provided him was never even used in court. During the hearing

I do not recommend this office. Talks a good game until payment is made. Over charged and told me that amount would get it done, gets the money then its yer on yer own. Payed them way too much for the service provided. A legal crook ?

I made an semi honest mistake due to inebriation, Mr Wilkes and his fine staff went above and beyond to assure I received the proper assistance, kept me informed in a timely manner and saved me future extensive headaches. I also use them exclusively for any and all my personal legal issues and advice. Don't believe I could find a better firm to place my trust in. Amazing crew, I recommend them to any all of my friends, family, and acquaintances seeking legal help and advice.
