Never returned my call for a possible medical negligence malpractice lawsuit that has left my child permanently injured for life. My lawyer Michael Cheroff has been very unprofessional and unpleasant from the start. He's been very combative with me. I was rear ended and hit the car in front of me. It wasn't my fault. On one occasion he told me I should fire him. Told me I think I know more than him. My injuries seem not to matter to him. He only cares about the amount of time's I went to the chiropractor. His first call to me I was headed to the chiropractor. He told me I should be feeling by now and that I didn't have to go to the chiropractor the entire time.
