Legal services is trash 🚮 I have been called them since october first.They called me back, did the intake, after that they NEVER called me back. I had courts this morning. Lol They never said anything didn't even call me the day before mind you I've been calling asking for this guy to call me back before the court date before I even settle anything myself.I didn't even see the lawyer that I was supposed to see, all I have is a mr.Brian. so I want to say thank you to legal services for helping me out. For pushing me to be my own lawyer. Thank you for all your call backs and trying to help me out. Thank you for all you "support" ❤️ I am pretty sure you know who this is. I hope this message finds somebody helpful, but legal service does not help with evictions.

Delighted and grateful for this law firm, and thanks to attorney Rachel, the divorce was free and she helped me with custody and the entire child support process, so I'm even more grateful.

Wish it seemed like someone gave a damn about my issues -- Receptionist was ready to hang up on me until i got frustrated and asked if anybody could call me back to provide the services advertised.... Absolutely ridiculous

The receptionist were very nice, answered every one of my questions without hesitation and it was hassle free just gave them my address and phone number and I handed over what the lawyer asked me to hand them and I got a call back the very next day highly recommend Rhode Island legal aid.

waste of time. All they care is about adding data to their system. Not very equitable. I call to get some guidance, but their main concern was not my situation even after I shared my concerns. they keep going back give some information, your social security... I called for help, left there more frustrated then before I called. I'm a strong advocate for services in the community, however you need to revise your engagement policy and remember you're working with people that are is search of you assistance first. Very disappointed
