I worked with Kristen Moonan to do my estate planning, which a previous lawyer had done a terrible job with :( I was very impressed with Kristen's knowledge and her approachable professionalism. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. I feel so relieved to have this taken care of, and to know that my family will have a resource should anything happen to me!

My wife and I chose Moonan Stratton from a list of qualified estate planning law firms provided by our financial planner. We liked their convenient location and the fact that they were woman owned. We used them to assess our estate plan and related documents (wills/DPOA/Living Will/Revocable Trust, etc.) and our experience with the firm was excellent. We worked primarily with Atty. Moonan and Law Clerk, Nikki Nappi, who were both excellent, as was the whole office team. The process was thorough, efficient, and human. We feel very pleased and grateful.

Kristen and her team were extremely patient (but also very diligent) with my delays, and asked me great questions so that I could build a plan that was personal and considerate of many possible life and death circumstances that I had not even considered. My wife and I needed help with a challenging situation in our trust. Amy is an excellent listener, was responsive, and offered a number of options we never contemplated. She identified and referred us to a specialized trustee, then worked with this trustee to incorporate their services into our trust. Never once did we feel pressed for Amy's time, and she was always prepared for our meetings. Amy's demeanor was constantly calm and welcoming. The office staff was quite flexible when we had last minute changes requiring rescheduling. We were very fortunate for find Amy and look forward to continuing with her services.
