You might think an attorney would have the common sense needed to know that trying to intimidate a woman who Uploaded a very mild TikTok video You would think that the attorney would have a common sense needed to know that sending a season and desist would end up creating far more people to learn about it It’s almost as if this was all meant to try giving the issue a lot more attention that it initially got. I would hope that attorneys would have the common sense needed to realize there’s better Ways to deal with things than this. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but oh my gosh, talk about the Streisand effect

Any decent lawyer would know that you cannot require someone to take down a video that criticizes a school district. You have to question their understanding of the most basic legal principals. On the other hand, if you need a lawyer with no scruples they may be the ones for you.

They are not familiar with how the freedom of speech works in the school system.
