My wife and I went to Amanda Belville to help our daughter as she was going through a De Novo restraining order case related to a sexual assault. This was a great decision on our part. Amanda and her staff were so very helpful and supportive. They made a very difficult experience much easier to get through. Unfortunately, Kristina Sanders-Brown was assigned to be the guardian ad litem during my divorce. She gave me a speech about how female guardian ad litems have historically had a bad reputation for favoring women, but she was different. That couldn’t be further from the truth. She came up with the most ridiculous placement schedule favoring my ex-wife that is resulting in the need of my children needing therapy, and harming their education. The only positive is that they learned the days of the week very rapidly because of how confusing the schedule is. Caution, If you are male or a female that cares about what is truly best for your children and she is the assigned guardian ad litem, request someone else.
