DA Trista Mixon and DA Frankie Collin’s are absolutely garbage. Refuse to listen to facts, show visible anger in the courtroom and break laws during trial. Still won my case which I know pissed them off badly - Frankie needs to figure out how to not give people constant dirty looks and be rude when she should be professional. She’s like a little kid in court and Trista is the same… not sure why the town of Pueblo keeps them employed .

I'm not sure if you want to review from me on her on the district attorney I'm getting no help whatsoever on the recovery of my motorcycle I had to go out and find it myself and now they're not even pressing charges against the stupid fool that stole it so I don't know if you really want me to leave a review on them all I have to say is if anybody on Facebook or social media want some free motorcycle tell him just to come to Pueblo and steal one then they don't do anything to you for stealing them but they don't do anything to help the victim recovering or recover any kind of restitution on them and thank you for asking for my opinion Da finally contacted me back after trying to get a hold of her for several days and told me that if I didn't stop sitting her emails that there was going to

DA Erik Walser shouldn't have his job! I am the victim of DV and waited 8 months for the plea and sentencing only to receive a call the day before by Erik Walser that he was going to drop all charges againg the offender! I made it know I did not agree nor was I informed this was the avanue he was choosing without my knowledge or input. I believe he is incompetent and lazy and just doesn't have it in him to fight for the rights of victims. He was more concerned with the offenders "rights". He also blamed that it took 8 months on a previous DA who is no longer with the Pueblo DA's office and said this previous DA was known for accepting charges on offenders without proper evidence. This is the worst justice system in Colorado. I lost all hope of Justice when Dolores Johnson bit my ear off and wasn't given any jail time because she was female. No justice served in Pueblo Colorado. William Finkelstein didn't do anything as a DA to bring justice he didn't even want to talk to me as a victim.
