I was initially assigned one attorney during intake, but my case was transferred to another attorney without any communication, warning, or explanation. From the beginning, I made it very clear how important communication and regular updates were regarding my daughter’s case. I was reassured that communication would improve, but unfortunately that never happened. Throughout the process, I only received information when I actively reached out myself. Each time I called, I was told the attorney was out of the office or unavailable, and his assistant was unable to provide any meaningful updates. I left numerous voicemails that were never returned. This was my first time dealing with anything on the legal front, so I was really nervous about it. But everyone that I interacted with was incredible helpful and wonderfully kind through every step of the process. Miss Jasmine and Mr. Aaron were the best I could've asked for, answered every question no matter how small and made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible! Even Miss Bailey at the front counter was incredibly welcoming and kind through every interaction. They kept me up to date on everything and explained the details I couldn't wrap my head around, there's nowhere else I would go!

I have had a excellent experience with Mcdivitt. With any experience there are ups and downs but specifically my case manager Jasmine has been excellent I can't say enough good things about her thanks to her and my attorney Aaron they helped get me through this work comp experience. They worked as a team with me from the beginning and I couldn't have made it through this process without them.
