Easy to deal with. Mrs. Terri and Mrs. Stephanie are easy to do business with and take my payments promptly without hassle on an old collections account I settled with. They worked my debt down a lot too. Good people.

So there fax machine called my phone 3 times in the span of 15mins. So I though it would be nice to give them a call and let them know that hey you are sending a fax to my number. the front desk girl all she wants to know what is my name like that has anything to do with you faxing my phone. I tried to tell her that my name is not important and I am trying to help them and she just hangs up the phone. As I am writing this there fax line called me again so that's 4 times. I do not know what these people do but it must not be good.

Horrible!! Paid for a consultation with Leon Roy, it was a 8 minute phone call. He asked me to send some papers for him to review and that he would call me in a couple of days. I left two messages with him and an email and two weeks later he sends me copies of the papers that I sent him and a letter saying “enclosed are the documents you sent me for a potential claim, please be advised that after reviewing the documents I am unable to handle this matter at this time. Should you need any legal help in the future please keep me in mind.” No explanation of why he can’t handle it.. whether I have a case but he doesn’t have the time or explaining something was found in the documents. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone!
