Mr. Powers worked very hard for me for over a year and a half. He always had contact with me and updated me on anything that was going on. I never had to meet with him, I sent pictures, letters met with his repair guys and just provided everything he needed and that's all that needed to be done. He fought very hard for me and knew the dealership did wrong from day 1. The only thing was the dealership and GM drug it out to like 2 days before the court date before they settled, which is what Mr. Powers said they would do. He got me what he said he would and in the end I got to keep the car too and not give the car back. I traded the car in cause if was a piece of crap, but I was very happy with the service and outcome of his office.
