These people at this firm are literally working on behalf of their clients, which is very understandable. But the way these guys make me feel is like everything will be okay! Literally I can speak for Mr. Bryant and Ms. Sarah who always answers with a polite attitude! It’s taking steps to get everything done and Mr. Bryant has put me at ease through each step. Again they work on behalf of their clients! And also helping you get through whatever it is! Nice.

My loan from Rutgers was given to this firm. I didn't even know this loan was outstanding til a letter about 8 years later. The info was mailed to my parents and never made its way to me. No calls/no emails, snail mail. I couldn't even figure out who the creditor was. I had to involve another law firm because i saw the loan in my credit history and since I couldn't find them, I had to hire someone who could. So more money to spend. Once i FINALLY got the name of the firm, I was able to update my contact info to receive any further notifications. The only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the person I spoke to was kind, helpful, and respectful. It's not her fault Rutgers and this firm are shady. She's just making a living. Rutgers University-Camden Student Account Office is ridiculous and continuing to harassed me behind a federal student aid loan that was consolidated through federal student loan forgiveness. This university is insane where they hired this unprofessional law firm/debit collector Waston & Allard PC to garnished and take money from my bank account unlawfully. This law firm never contacted by phone or send a formal letter to me conveying they would put a levy on my bank account which unethical and illegal. Rutgers University- Camden Student Account Office was already paid in full by consolidation. I also told this law firm all my loans including Rutgers University-Camden were consolidated. They wiped out everything from my checking and savings account. I don't even know where these people are from or any debt I supposedly owe. So I'm contacting a reputable lawyer who can help me figure out why it was legal for these guys to wipe out all the money I had, and then some. My account now has -$1800 in my checking and -$800 in my savings. I tried calling the office and you know what happened? It said their SECOND voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message or get in contact with them. But now I have no money??? It's a good thing I paid my rent already.

Beware! Took my money years ago and never reported my student loan fully paid, so zombie loan is still being passed on from one debtor to another and increasing in amount. Won't respond to email nor call either to fight zombie loan. Recommend everyone find a lawyer/probo lawyer to help to deal with them! Horrible!
