We used the services of Plyler and Waterhouse for a recent real estate transaction. In addition to helping us prepare an initial Offer to Purchase contract (we did not use a Realtor this time), they also assisted us with the entire process up through closing. We were very pleased with the quick turn around time of the Offer to Purchase contract they produced and also their attention to detail. Alley Mitchell was fantastic to work with, as well as Ivy Waterhouse. We had used their services once before for a closing and were very pleased then as well. Highly recommend!
