I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mark. From the very beginning, he was unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. He often came across as rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful legal situation even more frustrating. His level of organization and attention to detail was concerning. I frequently had to follow up for updates, and responses were either delayed or unclear. At times, it felt like my case was not a priority at all. A lawyer should provide clear guidance and reassurance, but instead I was left feeling confused and unsupported. Customer service is trash. I walked in to ask for a notary and was told there was none and left me with my words in my mouth didn’t even let me fish the sentence when the emplee walked away.

This review is for the lady with the long blonde hair who so eloquently turned me off from wanting to step foot in this business again. If I could give her no stars I would. I don’t know if you were one of the lawyers or not. I never made it that far. She gave no Introduction. I can’t help but wonder how much of your business she has ran off in the past. I came in asking to set up an appointment. I was in the area. I even told her I didn’t expect a meeting today. I felt sure they were busy. I ask about pricing, etc, made a phone call to see what worked for my mom, and seeing when we could get a sitter for my dad who has Alzheimer’s. I went back over to speak with her and her responses were still snappy and so very moody, and she commented “we’ll do you want an appointment or not.” I’m so s
