Mr. Robert Pitts is by far the best and most patient patent attorney, I have ever met. If you want any trade and patent legal advice. I would pick this place. Great staff and service with the best price.

Update: I received the Trademark papers in the mail a few days ago. Luckily the information that was updated in the trademarks was there, only the mailing address was wrong when they were shipped. All in all they were great. Only the mailing issue, and the lack of communication were the problems I had. Original review: After paying the remainder of my bill, I updated the info associated with the trademarks. This included my current address and also set the trademark to be owned by my business and not by me. I had to wait around 30 minutes in the office for papers to be printed out and finalized. I hired Jake Horton who works here to do a trademark for me. After several days of him NOT cashing the $1000 check I gave at our meeting, I finally got a contract that was 10x more than he originally said. His tactic was to use lots of words in hopes of confusing his client. Didn't work, told him to fix it or I will cancel the check. He did. So fine, business continued. (This was May). Then in July, he sends an EMAIL confirming that the US Trademark office had sent him a letter confirming the application was received by the trademark office and that "this was nothing that required to be addressed." I responded with, good deal thanks. In mid-Aug, I get a bill for $22.00 for an EMAIL THAT REQUIRED NO WORK!! When I refused to pay it, Jake decided to not continue doing business with me. RUNNN!

Met with attorney Robert Pitts. This guy is sharp and VERY experienced! Just starting the process on applying for a patent with him, but very excited so far. There is no doubt I made the right choice in choosing this team for my project.

Very thorough when it comes to researching patents, we had our patent after two weeks. Returns calls promptly and has answered all our questions.
