I will get my complaint out of first. As someone that is new to this the confusing hours are super frustrating and the convoluted call directory doesn’t offer much help unless you already know who you’re trying to call. That being said the people are a wealth of legal knowledge and very helpful in pointing someone in the right direction. I’d rave about their services but I was very confused trying to leave a message during the “off” hours. Very helpful people just a little bit of a hassle to get to them and that is super frustrating when you the individual is thrust into a new situation that can be super time sensitive.

Nothing bad to say about Pine Tree Legal! Wonderful! if they are there for a purpose and they are very good at providing and legal assistance and Aid to those who cannot afford it for particular matters. Professional & timely responsivness, and client communications, no matter where you are in your proceedings, are understandable, so that you're not left with *more* questions in person, over the phone, or via email . In closing: Matthew Dyer, -impeccably commendable!

Pine Tree Legal already had dealt with an issue like mine, knew exactly whom to contact and in a day had it sorted. I had been paying for diabetic test strips because with my insurance it was necessary to take an extra step in the process and most pharmacies would not or did not know to do so. But PTLA because of their extensive experience fixed the issue very quickly! TYVM.

Unless you have a specific scenario theres no way to get ahold of someone there and when you can get through and leave a message nobody calls back. We were a week without heat desperate to try to fina solution with our fuel company and were told to contact pine tree legal, couldnt find the correct option and when i finally was able to fine a place to leave a message nobody could bother themselves to call back. People have to either freeze to death or die from carbon monoxide poisoning before anyone does anything.

Asked about a child support case out of state and just help filling out paperwork to send back. That was it. They called and said they can't help me. Worthless if you have out of state civil cases. Only gave 2 stars, cause they at least called me back. Good luck!
