attorney Jordan was a real pleasure to work with. he's obviously had lots of experience with these matters and knows the area around Houlton Maine like the back of his hand. He was happy to facilitate the land transfer including drawing up the paperwork + handling the money. to my surprise ahead of time, he had arranged for a printout of the plot of land and surrounding for each of us. Rick is the brightest and most astute lawyer I have ever met. He has helped me with many issues, in real estate, corp law, and contract law.
