Total waste of time , I was told they helped with tax issues , they never stopped proceedings and I must pay more interest after explaining the town of brownville was trying to steal from me and prevented me from filling my homestead tax exemption after the first year , and are letting the town rip me off

They never answer the phone. I’ve tried constantly for a week and was usually the “first in line” but still on hold. Collectively, I’ve been on hold for 6 hours with no answer. I know they must be overwhelmed but it would be nice for someone to answer and say they can’t take anymore cases.

Don’t bother with them, they only do Maine benefits now. They put a bunch of legal stuff on their website, then when I go in to ask for help they say they can only help with Maine benefits.

Shelby Sudberry is what I consider to be an angel. I went through a truly horrifying experience. And to say I felt that I was being let down by the justice system is an understatement.
