Mr. Pierchoski and his friendly staff were great to help with our Parents Trust. It was somewhat complicated but you were very helpful. You advised and explained things in a way we all understood with different scenarios and it made it easier for them to make their decisions. If you have any beneficiaries who suffer from personality disorders, do not leave them in charge of your trust or any other part of your estate, and DO NOT USE STAN PIERCHOSKI AS YOUR ESTATE ATTORNEY. IMO Stan committed a conflict of interest by representing our parent's trust as well as an extra account co-owned by our parent and a malignant, vindictive sibling, enabling the sibling to make a huge mess of what could have, should have worked out for the whole family. Instead, Stan & Co. wrecked it. His own confidant told me he wanted nothing to do with what was transpiring, yet he did nothing to confront the malignant sibling from what we can tell -- he just kept confronting the sibling's victims, and enabling the fool to seek vengeance because he never measured up. My husband and I had been meaning to look into getting some type of estate planning done since we moved here 2 years ago but somehow it always ended up getting pushed to the back burner.
