Do not hire Andrew hoover to defend you in a criminal case. He works for the DA and not his clients. He starts off lieing from the very beginning tell you what he will and can do for you but does absolutely nothing he sais. He will not return emails or phone calls. If you set up an appointment with him he will cancel without informing you or if he does meet with you he will do everything he can to rush you out of the office. He will not investigate the case at all. He will not gather any evidence that can help you in your case, as a matter of fact he will purposely allow evidence he should gather for you to get deleted. He will not speak to witnesses or "victims". He will not verify any of the evidence the DA presents him with. He will allow the DA to pull an offer the DA gave you that yo

Not worth shot.... has it worded in MY divorce decree.... neither party shall pay child support. So my ex doesn't pay and can't be enforced. I paid a retainer $3000... tltgen got a bill for 3000 more but yet he never replied to emails or calls....but has charged me for replies... the 3000 more????
