Mr. David Phillips has helped me & my boyfriend out in every traffic situation we have ever been in. If you are short on a payment or need to wait another week or two to pay him, as long as you talk to him about it he has no problem working with you on it, at least when we had some issues he did. Mr. Phillips is our go to Lawyer for anything Duplin County related.
They are professional and very helpful. They keep their thumb on everything and don't leave out a thing.
