Butler and Brenda are very unprepared "business". Butler was court appointed to my situation. My first meeting was unimpressive, to say the least. Brenda nor Butler had my file ready. 3 months later I get similar treatment. There was a scheduled phone call appointment with Butler. He, nor Brenda, called that day. No call, text, email... nothing. Upon calling the following morning, Brenda hung up on me. I reported Butler to the NC bar association. I also wrote the owner an email. I wouldn't recommend this firm to my enemy.
