We were fortunate to have a wonderful lawyer from Perrie and Associates, Mr. Cole represent us at a closing when we purchased a house. He is the reason that we used this firm, and will do so again should we have the need. We highly recommend them.

We used Perrie & Associates for a land closing in 2023 and immediately started building a house. A few months later, we discovered we had been scammed—the seller was an impersonator using a fake ID and never even showed up in person. Perrie, as our closing attorney, was responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of the transaction, yet he failed to do his due diligence. we lost a significant amount of money on the construction. Rather than owning up to his mistakes, Perry refused to take any responsibility. His negligence cost us dearly, and his lack of accountability only made matters worse. We would never trust this firm again.
