I’ll take one lawyer that cares over a team of 100 lawyers that doesn’t. Jason sets realistic expectations. Jason does what he says he is going to do. Jason doesn’t pitch you off to some hourly person that can’t give you definitive answers on life changing situations. Jason actually cares about you. He was the third lawyer I tried, and now, good or bad, he will always be my personal injury attorney. Jason responds to emails. That may not seem like a big thing, but when your livelihood is on the line, that’s a really big deal. Jason will call you personally with updates on your case. If you don’t hire Jason you are missing out.

Jason is an excellent attorney! He works diligently and puts his all in. Unfortunately in my case I didn't end up settling out (not at fault of Mr Mosteller) I recommend him if you want a lawyer that actually cares about you and your case and one that will go as hard as they can for you!
