said I didn't pay my rent when I have proof I did. Parks Place rejected the money order and the recipient is from me paying out of pocket to have mold removed and get the sink unstopped. I have emails between me and the landlord that it was coming out of the rent money because their maintenance man is lazy and never fixed anything I had to hire someone to fix it I'm not responsible for getting their apartment fixed I'm a tenant not the owner. Mr. Keaton Goodwin handled my account with PDQ Services. He is the best debt collector that I have ever dealt with. He is not pushy, arrogant, or aggressive. He is patient and understanding. PDQ did a great job hiring him because he is a great representation of their company if the other collectors are the same.

I received a collection on my account about the last bill of $252 dollars. I have written letters, calling and also disputed the debt on my credit. I had no idea I owe this bill. I’ve also asked for a debt verification and have not even gotten a response in months. I finally called the original creditor who had to explain everything to me. Finally someone answered the phone. I asked PDQ if they can delete the debt after payment and they said no. This can affect me in the long run and they just seem not to care. I had no clue of this debt. It’s been 3 years since I lived there and I get an collection instead of a simple phone call or invoice.

My debt with PDQ was with a medical provider. My experience with PDQ was great. I have no issues with the company and would go as far as to say these were the NICEST people that work in collections that I have ever had to deal with. I've had several various collections accounts over the course of my adult life and Jan and Liz were stellar in their customer service. I even had automatic payments setup to be drafted on the same day of each month so that was easier than remembering to call them every month to make a payment. I hate it for all the people that were apparently renting from a company that uses PDQ to collect back rent due to eviction, but for the medical bill dept (assuming they are divided into depts?), they were awesome.

Liz was amazing!! Normally, when you think of collection agencies, you think of, aggressive, angry collectors who aren't very nice. but the was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a a collections agency rep. This was for a medical bill and Liz was very professional, personable and was able to answer all of my questions and provide the information I needed. Thanks Liz !
