Worst experience ever. The the pre closing ladies were pretty decent and efficient. But all down hill from there. Email no phone call 6 pm nite before closing saying the earnest money hasn't been received. Avoid at all cost. They don't communicate with each other.

5 Stars are not enough! Cynthia, Felicia and Jane were absolutely amazing in making things happen as projected after our mortgage company dropped the ball an hour prior to closing. They allowed us to use their office and equipment to provide more paperwork to the mortgage company and squeezed us in at a later hour to ensure everything was settled before we left. I would 1000% recommend their services.
