I am posting my review again since the last post was deleted. I noticed several others bad reviews were deleted as well. I do not recommend Kyle. You will be highly disappointed. 3 years of nothing.

2023 I would not recommend Rita Roberts. She was the attorney recently for an estate/probate home sale- we were the buyers of the house. The house should not have been for sale until the estate had at least began probate/estate setup process. I believe her client and us (the buyers) should have been told that a few weeks before finding out we couldn't close, not the week before. The office had the sales contract and our earnest money for almost 2 months before we were told we didn't have a legal contract due to the estate not being set up yet. You can't sell a home as an administrator unless you actually are the administrator and legally have the right to sell it. Her estate client signing as administrator before she was? Not the attorney's fault. The buyer spending money to buy a home

Rita and her staff are amazing! I have had multiple real estate closings with them, they are efficient and accurate! I trust them with my personal transactions.

Knows what they are doing and does it well. Customer x2 and both times things went smoothly. Thanks
