They don’t ever respond to anything. Front desk tells us to ask the lawyer for any questions when you contact the lawyer they never answer. They will ignore you every chance they get. We’ve tried reaching them in every way besides smoke signals. They have zero structure and both the lawyer & employees are both very rude. Very unprofessional, if you want peace of mind I’d look elsewhere. It was like pulling teeth trying to get anything accomplished. EDIT REPLY: If only that were true, we have reached our several times with no resolution. You guys didn’t even provide a final disposition after the case was finalized. We had to go to the courthouse and get it ourselves. We have been disrespected by both your staff and the lawyers. I’ve got screenshot proof of text message and call log records
