I hired Paula’s law firm for a show cause case from my ex wife breaking a court order and keeping my children on my parenting days. I had a meeting with Paula over the phone and she assured me it was a quick and easy case to win. What she didn’t tell me is that she rarely uses paralegals and that you are charged lawyer fees for almost all work done at $350 to $400 an hour. My invoices were constantly wrong and I had to contact her numerous times to correct it. After I received my first invoice I was shocked at how much she had charged me, I hired Paula in February of 2022 and the case was resolved with a win in December of 2022 and the total bill was about $8000 to get 9 days of parenting time back.
