I used Pasqualli Law when I had to get Medicaid and put my wife into nursing care. I am very glad that I did. Mark Pasqualli was extremely knowledgeable and competent. He also was extremely patient with me and all my questions. The bottom line is when I met my HHS caseworker all they could say was how well prepared my attorney firm presented my application especially pointing out Julie the para-legal that worked with the HHS caseworker on my application. Applying for Medicaid is a difficult process and can lead to a lot of questions by HHS. In my case, they had only 2 questions both easy to answer and the ease of getting through this process was due to the high standards that Pasqualli Law sets as their bar.
